Enjoy a comfortable stay in this quaint but cozy 2 bedroom, lower-level basement apartment located less than a mile away from downtown Moscow. Perfect for small families or couples wanting a place to stay in the Palouse. The space Kitchen Well stocked for cooking. Includes fridge, electric oven, microwave, as well as pots and pans, cooking utensils, and knives. Basic dining dishes including plates, cups, mugs, bowls, and eating utensils are also available. Coffee pot and tea kettle included. Filtered water pitcher in the fridge, a full sized sink, and a drying rack provided. Please note there is no dishwasher. Dining Table and chairs to comfortably seat four and two stools at the kitchen island. Salt and pepper provided. Living Room Sofa and two chairs with a large coffee table. Wood-burning fireplace. Games, cards, books and blocks for kids provided. Large closet for supplies and extra room to hang clothes/coats. Please note there is no TV. Bedroom 1 Queen sized bed, closet and cabinet for clothes, 100% cotton sheets and an extra quilt. Bedroom 2 Two twin beds, clothing rack and dresser, 100% cotton sheets. Bathroom 1 3/4 bath, stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. Bathroom 2 Full bathroom, stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. Laundry Room Front load washer and dryer. Tide laundry pods provided. Outdoor Space The backyard area is a shared space and you may occasionally see me watering our newly planted trees in the backyard with our son. But most of the time, you will have it to yourselves! Please note there is no outside furniture. Guest access Key code access to the door off the alley way. You have full access to the basement apartment. Other things to note This is a daylight basement. You have private access through the basement door which is located off the alley way. There are three private parking spots available for you in the alley. Our little family lives above this basement apartment so you may hear daily life noises including the pitter-patter of our toddler’s feet. We are excited to host you!
