Beautiful basement apartment w/stunning backyard

Enjoy this beautiful, quiet and peaceful basement rental. Private entrance, parking, hot tub, fire pit, playground & pickleball court. Mountain biking trails are accessible directly from our home. Come and relax with a fantastic view of Mount Timpanogos from the patio. We are less than 25 miles from Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley & Sundance. Skiing, hiking, biking, fishing & boating are all within minutes from our home. There is so much to do in the beautiful Heber Valley! The space This rental is a basement apartment with a private entrance using a keypad. There is an exterior security camera and an exterior light. The area is considered shared space because the owners live upstairs on the main floor of the home. Bedroom one has a king size bed, bedroom two has a queen size bed and the tv room has a futon, we also provide two portable cribs for infants and toddlers upon request. We provide a twin size sleeping pad if your teen wants to sleep on the floor :) This rental space accommodates up to 4 adults, 2 children and 1-2 infants: King bed-2 people; Queen bed-2 people; futon-1 child; sleeping pad-1 child; 2 portable cribs-2 infants. The kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking, no baking as there is not an oven, there is only a hot plate, toaster oven/air fryer and microwave and full size refrigerator. The bathroom has a tub/shower and double sinks. Smart TV with Roku and WiFi. No pets nor smoking/vaping. Laundromat is available in town for longer stays. Come immerse yourself in the outdoors of the beautiful Wasatch Back. Guest access There is an owner's family room in the basement that is not included in the rental space. Other things to note Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. There will be minimal noise upstairs from the owners but we abide by the quiet hours as well.
