Fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 4 guests and is perfect for a stay for couples, families or groups of friends. 🛋️ Living Area Relax in a cozy living room equipped with a smart TV with access to Prime Video, YouTube and other apps. Wi-Fi is included to stay connected with ease. A dining table for 4 allows you to share your meals comfortably. 🍽️ Kitchen You have a fully equipped kitchen with: • Oven • Induction cooktops • Extractor hood • Microwave • Fridge • Freezer • Toaster • Kettle • Dolce Gusto coffee machine (espresso, lungo, hot chocolate capsules available) • Assorted teas in individual bags 🚿 Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a shower, integrated toilet, and washing machine with laundry provided. The nearest beaches are in Larmor-Plage or Port-Louis, at the foot of the citadel, about 45 minutes away. ⛵️If you prefer fresh water or want to prioritize proximity, the Bel-Air nautical base and its lake are within a 20-minute drive in the municipality of Priziac. 🎣 For fishing lovers Just 400 meters from the house, the Kerustang stream offers a peaceful setting for trout fishing.
