3-story townhouse. The house is surrounded by garden, with a separate pool and mountain views. The neighborhood is really calm. It is a 15-20 minute drive from downtown BCN, the Fira de BCN or the beach. Bus to subway at corner (20 min). Ideal area for walking or cycling. It also has yoga equipment: mats, blocks, and straps. It's located in a quiet area. Perfect for families or groups of couples The house is very spacious, with a large kitchen, large and bright living-dining room with a terrace overlooking the dining room, which can be used as a second outdoor dining room. There are two sofas with a large coffee table that favors gatherings around the 46-inch flat-screen TV with internet access, YouTube, Netflix. The accommodation is located in a quiet area overlooking the Collserola mountain. From the living/dining room you can appreciate the mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans to prepare and enjoy meals at home. As well as a toaster, industrial orange juicer, food processor. Bedrooms: 1st Floor (2 rooms/2 beds): 1 double room with a 160 cm bed and bathroom included; 1 room with a 135 cm bed with a bathroom outside the room. 2nd floor (3 rooms/5 beds) 1 double room with a double bed of 160; 1 triple room with 3 single beds of 90 cm and 1 living room with a single bed that converts into a sofa. Bathrooms: apart from the bathroom in the master bedroom, there are two more bathrooms, one on the first floor and another on the second floor. Also on the ground floor there is a toilet.
