The space You’ll have the entire space to yourself — 4 cozy bedrooms (one is semi-open without a door), a spacious living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, and 2.5 bathrooms. — and exclusive access to over 80 meters（260 feet）of private riverfront, just for you to enjoy. ☕️ We used to close during the winter, so we’ve kept some guest reviews — you can find them in the last few photos. Guest access ☕️This property features two completely independent units — one large and one small — each with its own private entrance. ☕️You’ll be staying in the spacious main unit which include 4 cozy bedrooms (one is semi-open without a door), a spacious living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, and 2.5 bathrooms — perfect for families or small groups. Your entrance is through the front door. ☕️You have exclusive access to the entire backyard, side yard, and the full riverfront. 🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️The manager parks his SUV on the far right driveway near the neighbor. 🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️The manager lives quietly in the smaller unit, with a separate entrance located on the side wall behind the garage. House Rules — ❎ 🚫Please note that DJ music events, weddings, engagements, proposals, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited! There is zero tolerance for these activities！ 📷a front-door camera is in operation 24/7. Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and a 911 👮police report. 🎈🧑‍🧑‍🧒We welcome small gatherings or family get-togethers（Up to 8 overnight guests are welcome, and the total number of people on the property —including visitors，must not exceed 10 at any time）and up to your 4 vehicles🚗🚗🚗🚗 . 🎈Please have visitors park their cars on Janson Street and not on Rue Jetté if there are more then 4 cars from your group on the driveway . They can walk or carpool over here. 🎵 Light music or pop music at a reasonable volume is allowed, similar to the normal volume of a television. 🚫🚫🔊but please do not use subwoofers or heavy bass setups indoors or outdoors 🔊. 🧍‍♂️All visitors must leave the property before 9:00 PM. Other things to note 🚫Parties and large events are strictly prohibited at this property. Front-door camera is in operation 24/7. Also, kindly let me know your estimated check-in time. 🍷For your convenience, the large Super C supermarket nearby is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. 🎣According to Quebec regulations, you can purchase a fishing permit online or at the service counter of a nearby Canadian Tire. 🎣When fishing, your hook might get snagged on the bottom, so try to find a good spot and technique.
