The space The house is located in the Carpe Diem Residencial Clube, a gated community with a remote concierge system and 24-hour camera monitoring. To increase security, there are also two cameras installed at the entrance and in the backyard of the house, without compromising the privacy of visitors. House area of 96m², with 3 bedrooms, 1 en-suite, 1 social bathroom and 1 toilet, living room, full kitchen, service area, shower and its own barbecue area. One (1) parking space is available in the residence and one (1) rotating parking space* in the condominium (*until the maximum internal capacity limit of the condominium is reached). House with air-conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, complete bed and bath set (1 bath towel per guest), appliances, TV and Wi-Fi internet. The condominium's social area has an adult and children's pool, mini soccer field and basketball court, game room and children's playground. Ideal accommodation for families of up to 6 people, with a pleasant leisure area and located near Praia do Francês. **We do not accept pets** For people seeking peace and quiet. Our condominium is a family and quiet environment, parties and loud noises are not allowed. Acts of disrespect or disorder will not be allowed within the house or condominium. We have rules of coexistence that need to be complied with, otherwise the necessary measures will be applied to each case.
