Situated in the beautiful winery town of Great Western, nestled in the serene landscapes of the Grampians on a boutique equestrian property. Our new guest house wellness retreat offers a sanctuary of peace and rejuvenation for singles or couples. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and tranquil natural beauty and wildlife. The space As you arrive at the gate you will see the big sign “Elite Equestrian Academy”, please drive through, always being mindful to close all gates immediately and not entering paddocks with horses in them. It is always walking pace to drive down our beautiful driveway and parking is in the middle of the grass on the roundabout at the top of the driveway. A map will be sent out after the booking is made so that there is no confusion as to finding your way to the guesthouse. Guest access Guests have access to the private cabin and bathroom, with outside seating area. Please feel free to chat to Bec who lives with her family onsite. She will point out some lovely places to stroll around the property and even relax by the dam with a glass of wine or a good book. Other things to note This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY. Please do not access the main house or yard under any circumstance. Please do NOT feed or pat dogs. Do not feed horses or access their paddock for your safety or theirs. Thank you
