Exclusive 150m2 penthouse in a private oceanfront condo on the fourth floor. You don't share the floor with another apartment. Built with high ceilings, spacious and cozy rooms. Designed for long stays, it is fully equipped with details that will make your beach experience the best. We have the best view in Cancas. 1hr 15 min from the city of Tumbes and 30 minutes north of Mancora. We have an almost private beach, warm sea and warm weather all year round. The space The penthouse is designed to make your stay a pleasant and relaxing experience. It has 150m2, built with high ceilings, spacious and cozy environments. We have ideal spaces for a Home Office, if you require it. The kitchen is fully stocked, where you can make anything from a basic breakfast to more elaborate and typical meals of our country. We have complete kitchenware for 8 people and kitchen accessories. Each room has its own closet and fans for the hottest summer days. Guest access Our guests have full access to the penthouse and the common areas on the first floor such as: Large TV room, oceanfront pool, grill area and deck. We have a space on the beach with umbrellas and armchairs so you can lie down to sunbathe and relax. Other things to note WATER: The water in the area is not potable and is very scarce, which is why we ask you to take great care of it. We buy it by cisterns and it is included in the rental rate. The water for drinking and cooking can be bought in a 20-liter drum, which we have an empty one in the penthouse so you can make the change. You can also buy sealed 20-liter boxes of water at the village minimarket. ELECTRICITY: Electricity is also included in the rental rate. GAS: Gas service is also included in the rental. Please let me know if it runs out during your stay so I can replace it. KITCHEN: We deliver the kitchen clean, with all the utensils and complete kitchenware for your stay. Supplies such as oil, rice, fish or spices can be bought at the minimarket or wineries in the village. PARKING: We have free parking for our guests. CONCIERGE: Apart from the condo manager, we have a concierge who will help our guests with whatever they need. He will coordinate your arrival time, the delivery of the Penthouse and will be available for when you need it or have any questions. He will also inform you about the use of the common areas. GRILL/ FIRE PIT: The grill area is used upon reservation. For the campfire, we have a special pot to avoid discomfort and/or accidents after making it. Ask me for it. In both cases, you can buy charcoal or firewood at the minimarket or check with our concierge so that he can buy it for you. ACTIVITIES TO DO IN CANCAS: - Swimming with turtles at the pier. - Coastal boat ride. - Fishing. - Banana ride. - Whale watching (in season July-October). * You can coordinate it with our concierge while there or with me in advance. RESTAURANTS: As we are not a hotel, we do not have restaurant service on the premises, but you can find it very close by, a few meters away walking along the seashore. You can also find restaurants in the village and some do delivery. You can ask me to provide you with more detailed information.
