Access is simple and convenient, the apartment is on the first floor with only 8 steps to climb. Thanks to fast Wi-Fi, it is also ideal for those who work remotely. Underfloor heating and air conditioning in every room ensure maximum comfort in every season. The location is strategic: just a 2-minute walk from the bus that takes you to Venice in 15 minutes, with supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias in the immediate vicinity. A perfect solution for families, couples or small groups who want to discover Venice while living in a modern, welcoming and authentic space. Guest access Access will be via self check-in. In Italy, it is mandatory to register all guests with the State Police. For this need, we use the Vikey service: you will need to follow the wizard to upload the identity documents of all guests (name, surname, date and place of birth, nationality and document or passport number). The procedure is quick and easy: it only takes a few minutes to complete. You will receive the instructions and codes to access the apartment only after the data has been validated. This way, you can check in independently, without time constraints. At the end of the process, you will be asked to pay the accommodation tax, which is not included. Other things to note In accordance with Italian law, all guests must be registered with the local authorities.
