Welcome to my authentic house from 1850, located in the old town of Maasland. Close by: beautiful forests, meadows, hiking/biking trails, farm shops, petting zoo, playground and pancake house. In Maassluis, you will find many restaurants and stores. The supermarket is a 100 m walk away. 25 minutes from Rotterdam, Delft, The Hague and the beach, with good public transport connections nearby. The space The house has a living room with an extensive kitchen and French doors to the garden. On the first floor, you will find one bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. In addition, a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub. On the second floor, you will find an attic with a single fold-out bed. The entire house is for the tenant.
