The beach is a 5min walk, passing by a preserved Atlantic forest trail, with little monkeys to accompany you on the way if you’re lucky! Diverse local shops at 10min walk. There's a parking spot by the entrance. Other things to note The use of the space is exclusive to guests. Visitors and events are not allowed. Reservations available for maximum 2 guests. In case of smoking inside the studio, it will be charged an adicional cleaning fee of R$650. A property is for sale on the premises and we can receive viewings for that purpose in the common area Mon/Wed/Fri between 10am and 12pm.
