There is also hairdryer, towels and bed linens for the entire duration of your stay.  The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment. Take care of it, you are welcome!  The property is located in Santa Margherita in a quiet and residential area, a few minutes walking distance from all the main amenities and services: supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and harbour. Train station and the ferry pier to reach the nearby towns are just a short stroll away from the property. Other things to note We kindly remind our guests that the apartment is located on ground floor and that the road to reach the property is a bit uphill.  Check-in to arrange with the host from 3pm to 9pm. As an alternative, it is possible to arrange also a self check-in (always starting from 3pm).  Tourist city tax (2.00 euro per person per night) to pay by cash upon arrival.  In case of late arrivals after 9 pm, a surcharge of €30 is required for late check-in until 11 pm or €40 for arrivals after 11 pm (not mandatory if self check-in is arranged). At the moment of the check-in, guests will be asked to show a copy of their ID or passport. At the moment of the check in, the guest will sign a lease agreement according to the Italian law.
