We have two actively recording cameras overlooking the front driveway and front door entrance which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the home and are utilized for safety purposes. filming in or on property for commercial use is prohibited unless permission is given by owner and a minimum of 30 day reservation required. Guest access Our guests have the option to utilize all features of the home, rooms and backyard, with the exception of the hall closet and washer/dryer, as these areas are utilized for cleaning supplies. Other things to note 3 queen size beds large sofa couch in living room, sleeps 1 adult 🛑 Strict House Rules Summary * Maximum Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. An immediate penalty of $25 per unauthorized guest will be assessed as a cleaning and rules violation fee. * No Smoking/Drinking Indoors: Absolutely no smoking or drinking is permitted inside the premises without express written host permission. * No Parties/Quiet Hours: Loud music, disruptive gatherings, and parties are strictly prohibited. Any noise complaint resulting in disturbance to neighbors will incur a minimum $250 penalty fee. This fee will be used, in part, to compensate neighbors for documented loss of sleep and resulting pain and suffering endured due to excessive noise. * security device tampering fee- if at anytime during your stay the wifi is found to be off line, it will be assumed the guests is tampering unless stated by Internet service provider or guest can communicate to dismiss this issue. similarly, Ring cameras shall not be obstructed by guests. this will result in an immediate charge of $250 for tampering with security devices. * fees are imposed to deter from guests hosting illegal gatherings on the premise.
