This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips or individual guests. This is a shared house. I live here. You are welcome to use Kitchen, Family Room , Dining Room, and backyard. I have 3 furnished vacant rooms, each with an individual listing as well. Great big backyard for BBQ . We’re 5 minutes away from Lake Castaic and 10 minutes away from Six flags Magic mountain . Room for 6 in beds plus couches and cots. Bring your boat or jet skis . 40 minutes away from Hollywood & universal . The space The master bedroom is occupied by me . I live on the property. You are welcome to use the rest of the house. Please be mindful if you use the kitchen , clean after yourself. There is 3 bedrooms upstairs that have queen beds in there . The rooms sleep 6 . I also have cots in the closet with extra pillows, blankets. Each room has tv, ceiling fans. I have 2 couches downstairs for extra guests. We have an active discount for a total of 6 or more guests . Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen to cook or warm up food but please clean after yourself or you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee . There is a fridge in the backyard you can leave your food in there . Other things to note I live here with my daughter and we have two small dogs. We keep the dogs separate from the guests at all times. I’m also an uber driver so if you need a ride from the airport or to any of your excursions I am available at an additional cost :)
