The Cottage at Holland Hill

Come relax in a cozy, peaceful cottage on a century‑old farm with a rich family history. Guests enjoy free parking (up to 4 cars) through a private gate, a firepit, and a comfortable screened‑in porch. The property is home to goats and chickens, which are protected by an electric wire fence. The cottage is centrally located less than a mile from charming Leiper’s Fork, eight miles from historic downtown Franklin, and just forty minutes from downtown Nashville. Pets under 25 lbs are welcome. The space Open living area. Each bedroom has a king bed and full bath. There is a trundle bed and queen sleeper sofa in den for extra guests. The living room opens onto a screened porch that leads to a fire pit. Guest access Please park only under the carport or the smaller driveway directly connected to the carport. Please do not block the main driveway. Please do not lean or touch outside fencing, they are lined with electric wire. Please do not give out the gate code to anyone outside of your party. We try to maintain the privacy of the house for our guests!
