Daily schedule of adult and children's recreation, including serenades or luaus with live music at night. There is also a sports court, game room, convenience store, playroom and more. Attention: There is a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, none of these meals are included in the daily rate. They must be paid separately by the guest. The space The apartment has a kitchen with a minibar, stove, exhaust fan, cutlery and glasses (approximately 6 units of each). Located near the playground. Ground floor, no stairs, no steps, ideal for families with children and/or the elderly. The rooms are spacious, the balcony has a sink with a counter and a dining table. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The balcony has an extensive lawn in front, without compromising the privacy of guests. There is also a sink on this balcony, which can be used with an electric barbecue or air-fryer (not available in the apartment). Guest access The guest has access to all common areas and attractions of the development. There is a parking space for 1 (one) vehicle in front of the apartment, full-time during the stay, at no additional cost. A second vehicle can be parked near the condominium's reception, also free of charge, in a closed location with surveillance. Other things to note Please note that pets are not allowed in any of the condominium's or apartment's premises. Bed and bath linens are provided by the condominium at no additional cost to the renter. If you want to accommodate more than 6 people, up to 2 (two) extra mattresses (single) can be requested from the condominium reception (at no cost).
