Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. The apartment and private balcony will be exclusively yours for the entire duration of your stay. Other things to note Upon arrival, if you notice any damage or issues, please inform the host immediately so that repairs can be arranged as soon as possible. The tourist tax is €2.00 per night per person. NOTE: The property is equipped with self check-in. In accordance with Italian law, we are required to register all guests (including minors) through an online check-in with ID photo upload and selfie verification (certified system). The procedure is simple and takes about 10 minutes. Once completed, you will automatically receive all the necessary instructions to access the property independently. If you prefer, it is possible to request an in-person check-in carried out by our staff for an additional fee of €50.
