Cozy Core - with sun terrace, pool and sauna

~ With COZY CORE, we hope to create a place you'll love to come back to and tell your friends about your positive experiences! The space COZY CORE is a lovingly furnished home on the edge of the Odenwald. Directly adjacent to the mountain road and countless beautiful forests all around, which invite you to hike. An inspiring place that tells many stories with its diverse property. With great effort transformed from a family home into a place of gathering. Each of the apartments with details or architectural styles inspired by countless trips of my parents Alexandra and Gregor. ☼ ~ Your apartment is the middle of three, giving you the most spacious apartment with two outdoor areas, framed by all-around green fields, sometimes even cows or sheep graze there. ~ Fall asleep with a cozy evening sun under the stars and listen to the splashing of our fountain. ~ Collect fresh fruits and herbs from our gardens and make yourself comfortable in the fully equipped kitchen. ~ You have the opportunity to grill and can eat outside in the sun or in our cozy dining area with up to four people. ~ The apartment is about 80 sqm, so it fits perfectly for 4 people. There are two bedrooms (1x double bed/2x single nets, as a passage room but separated by a sliding door, which we have subsequently installed. A fifth person could still sleep on the couch, which can be seen in the pictures! ~ There is coffee, tea and really every little thing you could need! ~ If you are still missing something, I may soon be living in the tiny house next door or my parents in the very lower apartment. Guest access ~ Our house is located pretty much at the end of the local road and in the small village of "Hornbach". There are not many inhabitants, many old half-timbered houses and really only nice neighbors who all know and support each other. ~ My brother and I spent our entire childhood on this huge property, by the stream, in the pond or on the surrounding paddocks on lianas. ~ Together we have a sauna house, a pool, hot pool (with oven in it) and pizza oven, all built by ourselves and very sustainable. The outdoor pool can always be used, whether in winter for ice bathing or in summer as a cool-down! The sauna for an extra charge of €30 per evening, hot pool and pizza oven are more suitable for larger groups. Just contact us! ~ There is also a small second-hand shop in the sauna anteroom made by my mom and me, always look around there! :) ~ We look forward to seeing you soon!
