The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed for restful nights, while the living room includes an extendable sofa that can accommodate additional guests when prepared on request. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, and the bathroom is clean, modern, and includes a washing machine. A dedicated workspace is also available, making the apartment a great option for remote work or longer stays. A private underground parking space is also included and available for your use. Access to the apartment is done via a self check-in system using a lockbox, offering flexibility for arrival at any time. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, which makes it ideal for rest, remote work, and longer stays. At the same time, the city center and main attractions are easily accessible by car within 10–15 minutes. The building is safe and peaceful, so we kindly ask guests to respect the quiet atmosphere, especially during evening hours. A dedicated parking space is available in the underground garage and is included in your reservation, so there is no need to book or arrange parking separately. This is a valuable advantage in Iași, where parking can often be limited. The sofa in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping space and will be prepared upon request. If you plan to use it, please let us know in advance so everything is ready for your arrival. For your comfort, a starter supply of essentials such as coffee, tea, and basic kitchen items is provided, but for longer stays you may need to restock depending on your needs. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly not allowed. A cleaning fee of 100 EUR may be charged in case this rule is not respected.
