Our vacation rental has been furnished with a lot of love for detail in a maritime style and, at approximately 30 square meters, offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay. Thanks to its central location, you can easily explore the city on foot or head straight out on excursions to the surrounding area. The combined living and sleeping area invites you to unwind and feel at home: a cozy double bed (140 x 200 cm), a dining area for two people, and a comfortable armchair offer you various options for relaxing. The swivel TV ensures that you can watch TV in complete relaxation from the bed, armchair or table, with total flexibility. WiFi is of course free of charge. The separate, small kitchenette is functionally equipped with two burners, an oven, and a refrigerator, ideal for a relaxed breakfast or a light meal in the evening. A coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and egg boiler are also provided. The shower room completes the comfort. Towels and linens are included; you just arrive and feel right at home. A special highlight is the sitting area in the shared courtyard: perfect for your first coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening in a peaceful setting. The vacation rental is located in an older, established residential and commercial building with a rich history, and therefore does not consistently meet the standards of modern new construction. In return, you can expect a unique, charming place to stay with a special character and good value for money. You will be staying in a central yet pleasantly quiet area. Shopping, bakeries, cafes, and restaurants are within a few minutes' walking distance. The Cultural and Educational Center (KUB) and the train station (about 15 minutes) are also within easy reach. For nature lovers, there are walks along the Trave or the Beste. The Brenner Moor, the Grabau Forest, and the Kneeden are also great for excursions. You can easily reach cities such as Hamburg, Lübeck, Bad Segeberg, or Kiel by car or train. Please note: the apartment is a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed; as we ourselves have a small dog, it is not suitable for allergy sufferers. Guest access The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of our house and has its own entrance. For loading and unloading, you can drive comfortably on our farm. There are several public parking options around the house.
