The space Our small, approx. 35 sqm apartment has been freshly renovated and furnished with a lot of love for detail in a maritime style. It is centrally located in downtown Bad Oldesloe – ideal for exploring the city on foot or taking excursions in the surrounding area. The living-dining area offers a cozy double bed (140 x 200 cm), a dining table with two chairs and a comfortable armchair. The swivel TV can be used flexibly from the bed, armchair or from the table. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available. In the anteroom there is a small, well-equipped kitchenette with two hotplates, a small oven and a refrigerator. Thanks to the separate location, the living space remains free of cooking odors. A microwave, coffee maker, kettle and egg cooker are also provided. The modern shower bath ensures comfort and freshness. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price - so you don't have to think about anything. In the courtyard there is a cozy seating area, perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. You can use a bicycle free of charge, two more bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard. The surroundings offer numerous possibilities: walks on the Trave or the Beste, hikes in the Brenner Moor, in the Grabau forest or in Kneeden. Bakeries, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets are within minutes, as is the Culture and Education Center (KUB). The train station is about a 15-minute walk away, and via the nearby highway you can quickly reach Hamburg, Lübeck, Bad Segeberg or Kiel. Please note: The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. No pets are allowed, and since we have a small dog ourselves, it is not suitable for allergy sufferers. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor of our house and has its own entrance. For loading and unloading, you can easily drive into our courtyard. There are several public parking spaces around the house. In the courtyard there is a cozy seating area – ideal for relaxing outside in fine weather. You can also use a bicycle for free; two more bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard. Other things to note The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and not suitable for pets or allergy sufferers, as we have a small dog ourselves.
