Our newly built apartments were completed in 2024 and offer modern comfort on about 45 m². Located directly above the "BumbleBee" daycare center, they offer a quiet atmosphere in a central location – the city center is only a 10-minute walk away. Each apartment has a cozy bedroom, an inviting living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom and lovingly designed furnishings. Located directly above the "BumbleBee" daycare center, they offer a quiet atmosphere in a central location – the city center is only a 10-minute walk away. Guest access The "air bumble bee" apartments are accessible through a separate entrance. Check-in is online and access to the apartment is keyless, so you can arrive flexibly and independently at any time from 3 pm. Access is conveniently via an access code, which you will receive in good time before your arrival. The apartments are located on the first floor and are accessible via an external staircase. During your stay you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment – completely private and undisturbed. Other things to note The apartments are located on the first floor above the "BumbleBee" day care center. The operation takes place exclusively during the day on weekdays. During this time, there may occasionally be noise from children's laughter and play – outside of these times it is very quiet. Please note: The apartments are accessible via an external staircase, there is no elevator. Parking is available at the property as well as on the street and is free of charge. To increase the safety of our guests and the daycare center on the ground floor, there are surveillance cameras exclusively outside the building.
