The space The property is a quiet, well-kept ground floor flat on a peaceful residential street just off Holloway Road. Despite the calm surroundings, the flat is only steps away from a vibrant high street with excellent local amenities. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find supermarkets including a Sainsbury's Local, Waitrose, Lidl, Morrisons, Tesco Express and Iceland, as well as coffee shops, bakeries, takeaways, gyms, pharmacies, and convenience stores. The Emirates Stadium and London Metropolitan University are both very close <10 mins walk — ideal for visitors attending events or studying in the area. The bedroom is private, bright, and fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror, bedside tables, and a desk. Guests share access to a clean, modern bathroom and a small kitchen, which is available for light cooking. All areas are well maintained and kept tidy. The flat is suitable for short or medium stays, and offers comfort, convenience and great connectivity in a central North London location. However, everything you need for a comfortable, short- or medium-term stay is provided. During your stay I live in the property full-time, so I’ll be around if you have questions or need help with anything.
