Our building has been fully remodeled for style and comfort, though it still carries the character of an older property. Window A/C units and a furnace are provided, but the home may not always hold a perfect temperature during extreme weather. Please note there are about 9 steps to reach the entrance. The walls and ceilings can also be thinner than in newer buildings, so you may hear guests in other units. We ask all guests to be mindful and courteous during their stay. 1 - Please remove your shoes when indoors. 2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana INSIDE is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. 3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. 4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Please be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times. 5 - Please lock all doors and windows when not at home. 6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. 7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. 8 - Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly. 9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $10 processing fee. 10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee. 11 - Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75. 12 - $99/per dog fee, max of 2. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. 13 - Please respect check-in and checkout times. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. 14 - Lost, missing or otherwise unreturned key is subject to $100 fee. 15 - Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. 16 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
