The house we rent is about 900 meters from the beach in the Centro neighborhood of Porto Belo. Important: We have three houses on one lot, so the access and service area spaces between the houses are shared. My sister Margarete lives on the property. The house does not have a garage. The house we rent is about 600 meters from the beach in the Centro neighborhood, in Porto Belo, and it is possible to walk there safely and easily. The space The house has two bedrooms, one with air conditioning and the other with a fan. In one of the bedrooms there is a spare double mattress where two more people can sleep, if necessary, in addition to the bunk beds. The atmosphere of the house is quiet and the neighborhood too, the house has walls, large and security. The house accommodates up to 4 (four people). If you wish to bring more than four people, each additional person will pay R$ 50.00 (fifty reais) per day of stay. Guest access Access is shared between three houses through two gates, where guests of the two houses we rent have access to each house, which is for private use. My sister Margarete and her husband, Antonio, also use these two gates. Other things to note Our house has shared living spaces, although each house has its own privacy. If you don't appreciate this kind of interaction, think about it before booking. We want everyone who comes here to feel good. The house does not have a garage and you can leave your car in front of the house. The neighborhood is quiet and we have a camera monitoring system. You will be welcomed by my sister, Margarete, who lives on the property in one of the three houses on the same plot of land. I'll give you her contact when the reservation is confirmed. Loud music and parties are not allowed. You will receive the house clean and we do not charge a cleaning fee. So, we ask that you take care of our environment because we love our place very much. House rules: If you bring more than 4 (four) people, you will pay R$ 50.00 (fifty reais) per extra guest. We do not tolerate noise, loud sounds, and messes. Disorders will be punished according to the rules of Law No. 35/2011 of the Code of Postures of the municipality of Porto Belo. If there is repeated disobedience to the rules, we call the police. Save water, energy and contribute to the cleaning of the house. Damages will be charged at check-out. No smoking inside the house, please respect this. Any irregularity with the house during the stay must be reported immediately to the host. We offer bedding (pillow, pillowcases, sheets and blankets). We do not offer bath towels (you need to bring this item). We put a roll of toilet paper in the toilet for initial use (for the rest of the time you stay in the house, the guest must buy it if they need to use more than one roll). We do not offer beach chairs or umbrellas. We receive many guests and the check-in and check-out times cannot be changed. Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Please do not make noise after 10 p.m., and we do not allow loud sounds.
