Our spacious one-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people or 5 by adding an extra mattress. Large balcony with barbecue and another uncovered area ideal for those who have a pet. It has air-conditioning in the bedroom, LED TV in the living room, cable TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, microwave, washing machine, parking space. Approximately 750 meters from the beach in a very quiet area and away from summer traffic. The space I will be present to receive you and give you all the orientations about the apartment, the neighborhood and the city, as well as whenever you need something, I will try to answer as soon as possible. Other things to note BED AND BATH LINENS: To find a better daily rate, we are not providing bed and bath linens. If necessary, we charge a laundry fee of 45.00 per person, with the right to one set (bed sheets, pillowcase, microfiber blanket and bath towel), charged only once for each set. IF NEEDED, IT MUST BE REQUESTED 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
