Cosy Room in The Historic Quarter

My cosy house is conveniently located 1 minutes walk from the Luas tram which will bring you to the city centre in 15 minutes. The popular Kilmainham jail & Irish Museum of Modern Art are all on the doorstep within 5 minutes walk. The Guinness storehouse is also nearby. The space The house is a typical Dublin two storey terraced house built in the 1940s. I recently bought the house (which needed a lot of work!) & am loving gradually renovating it. Hope you will like what I've done so far :) Guest access Guests will have access to a well equipped kitchen, dining area (breakfast times) & bathroom. During your stay I will be at the house to greet you on arrival with keys, maps & wifi code! I will be working during the week but around on the evenings/ weekends to answer any questions & offer suggestions on things to do in the city. Do not hesitate to contact me via text & email during your stay if you have any queries if I am not at the house. Other things to note Because rooms are side by side and sound carries, this space may not be suitable for guests seeking a high level of privacy. Guest are free to help themselves to tea/coffee
