Nestled amongst the peppermint trees of Stirling Estate this fully equipped and recently renovated two bedroom, one bathroom retreat has all you need for a short or long stay. Directly adjacent to the owner's main house, but with ample privacy, the property has its own fenced off garden for your pets and back deck with bbq for entertaining. Not only can you bring your own pets, but the property has 2 highland cows, 4 sheep and 3 border collies - a perfect place for animal lovers. The two bedrooms feature queen sized beds with the bathroom a semi-ensuite off the master bedroom with a separate toilet. The master bedroom also has its own TV. Extra guests are permitted upon request. The kitchen is a cook's delight with a gas stop stove and oven and floating bench top. There is also a formal dining table and the living room features a large size TV. The owner is also a pilates instructor with a pilates studio separating the owner's residence from the guest residnce. The studio has two reformers and is available for experienced pilates practioners upon request. The owner also offers private classes for all levels, early morning and evening by appointment. Guest access Guests can park next to the property and access the keys via a lockbox. Other things to note On our property we have 3 border collies, 2 highland cows and 4 dorper sheep. We love animals and are happy for you to interact with our pets whether it is taking the cows for a walk, feeding the sheep or throwing the ball to our very friendly border collies.
