Room in a house in the city center

The room is on the 1st floor with an east-facing balcony, in a quiet house in the city center. You have a single bed and a desk to get work done. The closet has a wardrobe and shelves for your belongings. If necessary, I have another duvet, blanket or fan at your disposal. You will have access to the whole house: bathroom, fridge, possibility to cook, toaster, Senseo, kettle, washing machine, barbecue, plancha, living space... that we will share. The space The house is located in the city center close to all amenities: - pharmacy, bank, supermarket at the end of the street - bakery, pizzeria, post office, cafés/brasseries... next street - 5 min from exit 9 of the A64 - 8-minute walk to the SNCF train station The house has a garden and terrace with a large table and benches to sit on. For your getaways, you are: - 1 hour from the beaches and 45 minutes - 1 hour from the mountains - 25 minutes from Lescar - 1/2 hour from Pau For work, you are about 6 minutes from the Lacq basin.
