Independent accommodation room

Nestled on the ridge road, this house offers spectacular views of the Pyrenees mountain range. Between sea and mountain, 1 hour from the beaches and Pyrenean hikes, it combines nature, calm and comfort. This renovated old farmhouse offers 2 bedrooms in an independent accommodation adjoining the owners' house, who share a large garden and a south-facing terrace. The third bedroom is rented to a young volunteer who shares the apartment. Long-term stays are welcome. The space The house has three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The equipment is simple but functional, ideal for a relaxing holiday in the heart of nature. Note: the accommodation is equipped only with dry toilets, in an environmentally friendly approach. These are modern, ventilated toilets that do not require emptying by tenants. The use is the same as a conventional toilet. I will be available to explain the issues related to water being of the profession. Outside, a large garden and terrace with panoramic views of the Pyrenees are accessible to guests. The exteriors are still being developed, but the space remains pleasant and functional. Several parking spaces are available on site, without difficulty. Guest access The entire house (excluding private rooms) is accessible: kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom and garden. It is completely independent and separate from the owners' house. During your stay We are on site and available for any questions or quick intervention. For short stays (less than a month) we take care of the management of the dry toilets, for longer stays we decide together how we organize ourselves. Other things to note We insist that the accommodation is voluntarily equipped with dry toilets. It is a committed choice on our part to reduce the use of drinking water for toilets. These are modern, odor-free toilets because they incorporate ventilation and are as simple to use as water toilets. We will not accept a refund request if tenants have not paid attention to this point and are surprised upon arrival.
