Our house is located on the heights of Sauveterre-de-Béarn, with a beautiful view of the Pyrenees and the village. Whether you come for your work, relax, visit, ski, hike, surf, etc., its central location allows you to move easily at very reasonable distances. Biarritz Room: • Surface area: 13 m² • Furniture: King size bed (180 x 200), TV, dressing room, desk • Comfort: Spacious and bright, offering a pleasant setting for work or relaxation. Jumbo Room: • Surface area: 13 m² • Furniture: Queen size bed (160 x 200), dressing room, desk • Comfort: Its more spacious layout makes it easy to accommodate a baby bed. Sahara Room: • Surface area: 13 m² • Furniture: Queen size bed (160 x 200), TV, dressing room, desk • Comfort: Spacious and bright, offering a pleasant setting for work or relaxation. • Large Bathroom: 2 sinks, a shower, a bathtub, a toilet (Another independent toilet in the house). Other Amenities (shared with the owners): • Laundry: A laundry room is at your disposal with a washing machine, a table and an iron for your comfort. • Household necessities: Everything necessary for the maintenance of the house is provided (vacuum cleaner, broom, household products, etc.). Guest access You have private access to two terraces, one in front of the living room, the other in front of the living room. The garden is shared but you can use in particular the garden on the side of the house (two of the bedrooms as well as the kitchen overlook this space) if you want to take a nap or have your meals on the lawn: sun or shade according to your choice. Other things to note • Cleaning at the end of the stay: A list of tasks is provided upon arrival. The house must be returned with the cleaning done. If the complete cleaning is not done, a charge of €75 will be made • Towel rental: €5 for each towel used • Discounts to be requested in messages for 3-week stays, some guests coming for spa treatments in Salies de Béarn.
