The space Located right in the heart of Orthez, the apartment enjoys a prime location: Carrefour Market, pharmacy, restaurants, cafés and a bakery are all just a few steps away. Everything is within easy walking distance, making your stay simple and convenient whether you’re travelling for work or leisure. The accommodation sits on a quiet little street just behind the Town Hall square. It’s a central yet peaceful setting, ideal for enjoying the city centre without the noise. The apartment is on the top floor of a building with three units. Le Nid Boisé occupies the entire upper level, tucked under the roof. 👉 Access via the 3rd floor with no lift. With around 50 m², the flat offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with two sloping-roof bedrooms: one with a dressing area, the other with a chest of drawers. Both feature 160 cm beds, with bed linen provided. The bathroom includes a shower, sink and heated towel rail. Towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen offers an oven, stovetop, Krups capsule coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle (with tea), hand blender, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The living room features a comfortable sofa with a cosy throw, a smart TV, and wifi for work or entertainment. Guest access Check-in is fully self-service thanks to a key safe located at the entrance of the building. The code will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival. The shared areas provide access to the three apartments in the building. Le Nid Boisé, located on the 3rd floor, is entirely reserved for guests and will be yours for the duration of your stay. Other things to note For parking, several options are available depending on your needs: A few free spaces can sometimes be found directly on the small street. Town Hall Square, just 1 minute away on foot, offers paid parking on weekdays, free on Tuesday mornings and weekends. A 3-minute walk away, Place du Foirail provides free parking, ideal if you plan to leave the car and explore everything on foot. Rue Saint-Gilles, nearby, also offers many paid spaces on weekdays. For waste disposal, please use the container located at the corner of the street. The bins in the entrance of the building are reserved for long-term residents.
