Wagon Wheel Retreat

Enjoy a cozy, very private stay in the garden level apartment of our home, on a 10 acre beautifully wooded, wildlife filled, property. This is a one bedroom suite with a sleeper sofa, allowing up to four guests . The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, and coffee bar, and the tv has streaming for your viewing enjoyment. WIFI and workout area to start your day! The patio area includes an eating area, and hot tub (open all year!), all very private. The space We fondly refer to this property as Wagon Wheel Retreat! Tucked back on 10 acres, 15 minutes outside of Mason, MI, and 20 minutes from MSU, you’ll arrive to pine trees and wildlife galore! You’ll clearly be directed to the path leading to your private entrance to our garden level apartment. Just inside will be a welcoming eating area, with an open concept to the living area, workout area, and kitchenette. The private bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, nestled in with antique furniture you’re welcome to utilize during your stay. Iron and ironing board, and a cedar chest full of blankets are there for your added comfort! The main area includes tv with many streaming channels, DVD’s, toys for the littles (in the footstool) and cubbies of entertainments for all ages! WIFI available. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee bar, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven/air fryer to make light cooking a breeze! The bathroom includes a shower and many basic needs you may have. All towels, including hot tub towels provided! We want you to have an effortless and comfortable stay! We love it here and know you will too! We’re here for any needs that may arise, but also want you to have the privacy, peace and quiet you’re looking for in a stay! We welcome you! No smoking or pets please. Guest access This is also our personal home, but the entire lower level is an apartment that you will enjoy. The lower level patio and hot tub are solely for your use as a guest, and not shared. The driveway and parking area will be shared. We’d love to meet you if we cross paths! During warm times of the year we will have outdoor games set up (Cornhole, etc) for you to enjoy.
