Blue Heron Point Lake House

Peaceful lake home on Sixth Lake. The Blue Heron Point home is filled with amenities you will have to see to believe! Always on Hot Tub, kayaks, fishing boat, paddle board, coffee bar, snacks, wood burning fire pit with firewood, gas fire pit, pool table, foos ball table, TVs, cable, games and much more. There are steps. The kitchen is reasonably stocked. Three cozy bedrooms await after a busy day. 2 full bathrooms. Approximately an hour from Grand Rapids, 40 minutes to Mt Pleasant. The space The hot tub is hot and waiting for you! The kitchen is spacious and includes a double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop and microwave, Coffee bar. Many cabinets are labeled. Many small appliances are ready to use. High speed internet and 80 channel cable TV in living room and game room. The bedrooms are ready for a great nights sleep. One king bed and two queen beds include pillows, sheets and blankets. There is an air mattress available, just let us know if you need it. The basement has a pool table and foos ball table, a TV and board games. Both bathrooms have a bathtub/shower. The hot tub is ready when you want to relax. Love the water, our lake is a no wake lake so it is perfect for kayaking and using the fishing boat. Electric motor is included. Our lake is more of a fishing lake than a swimming lake. There is no beach or boat launch. In the Winter, ice fishing is popular. The boat is not suitable for Winter. There are steps heading to the basement. We have a large dock that is available during the warmer months it will be removed approximately October to April. Guest access Guests are allowed in every area except the maintenance room. This room is to remain locked. Other things to note Quiet time is 10 pm - 8am. We have neighbors to consider and we do our best to keep everyone happy. This is not the best choice if you want to throw a loud party
