Free parking on our wide and long driveway. This guest suite is on the ground floor of the house. Guest access Access through the ground deck walkway at the RIGHT side of the house, then you will find your private entrance and your private patio area. If you are NOT willing to help us by leaving a 5 stars overall review, please do NOT book this listing. *The only window cannot be opened from May 15th to September 30th as an air conditioner is installed on the window sill during this time. *There is a three year old kid lives upstairs. * This property is surrounded by trees so you may see or encounter wildlife while in the property or neighborhood. This includes raccoons, pheasant, skunks, deer, squirrel, owls, birds, mice, spider, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, flys, spider crickets and ants. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. It is our mother nature and therefore no refund if you encounter her business during your stay. No pesticides, herbicides, poisons or glue traps allowed. * No Unregistered guests or visitors inside the house. The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight. If you have more guests over than your booking was made for, you will either be charged for the additional number of guests during your stay or your booking will be cancelled immediatly without refund. * Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES. * NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE of the house and at least 15 feet away from the house; please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. * Please use ONE appliance (kettle, window Air-conditioner, microwave, hair dryer) at a time to prevent tripping of the power. * Please treat the space with respect as if it was your own home. Please do not re-arrange the furniture Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items caused by themselves during their stay. * Check in early fee ( any hour before 3pm of the check in day): for EVERY 30 mins extra, the host will charge guests $5 early fee with host approval. Check in before 3pm on the check-in day must get approval from the host. Check out late fee (any hour after 10am of the check out day): For EVERY 30 mins extra, the host will charge guests $20 late fee.
