Located just a few steps from the shared bathroom, offering comfort and privacy within a welcoming home environment. Located in a quiet, private residential area, this west facing private home offers breath taking sunset ocean views. A slice of paradise. The space Villa Marang is a private residence where the owner lives full time. You are welcome to share all common areas of the home, gardens and living areas, and you may encounter other guests during your stay. Breathtaking sea views of the Caribbean Sea. Relax on the verandah, soak in the scenery, or explore nearby beaches and attractions — perfect for couples, families, or friends seeking authentic Caribbean charm. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen to cook their own meals. And are welcome to help themselves to a light breakfast selection, including cereals, milk, and some coffees and teas. Although the house is very open-aired, the home is also shared with a friendly resident cat, so this space may not be suitable for guests with allergies. NOTE: The villa is located at the bottom of a hill, and guests will need to use approximately 35 steps to reach the beautiful oceanfront home. A car is recommended, as the property is located on a peninsula and is best accessed by vehicle. Other things to note 1. The shared bathroom features a shower only (no bathtub). 2. *** Parking is available only at the top of the road. Access to the villa is on foot via a steep driveway with a staircase of about 32 steps. The steps have partial wooden railings and are partially lit at night. This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties unless accompanied by someone who can assist them.
