The space These exclusive penthouse apartments are located on the 2nd floor of a renovated old building and offer approx. 56 m² of modern living comfort with historic flair. The apartment has: a welcoming entrance, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower, a spacious kitchen-living room with fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed and smart TV, a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed. Behind soundproofed windows, air conditioning, modern underfloor heating, a high-quality kitchen, newly tiled bathrooms and stylish furniture, there is a temporary home that combines modern comfort with the charm of an old building. In Mödling, an overnight stay tax of 2.60 EUR per person (from 15 years) and overnight stay is charged. Guest access Before your arrival, you will receive an email with the link to our express online check-in. Just follow the instructions to check yourself in and get your access codes for the main entrance and your apartment. Other things to note Our apartments are equipped with fresh sheets, towels, shampoo and soap for your comfort.
 As a welcome, you can also expect some Nespresso capsules as well as tea in the kitchen. For stays longer than a week, these amenities will be refreshed and supplemented upon request. In addition, for long-term stays, a free, mandatory weekly cleaning service including fresh bed linen and towels is provided to ensure the proper condition and care of the apartment. Please note that air conditioners are only operated in summer (mid-June to the end of August).
