Our cozy apartments are located in Mödling, Lower Austria – just steps away from the train station.
 The newly renovated apartments are lovingly furnished and offer you everything you need to feel right at home. The central location makes our apartments the ideal starting point – whether you are traveling for work or want to explore Mödling and nearby Vienna. Restaurants, supermarkets and beautiful walks in the Vienna Woods are in the immediate vicinity. The space Apartment with terrace is located on the 1st floor with elevator of a renovated old building and offers modern living comfort with historical flair on about 45 m². The apartment has: a welcoming entrance, a cozy bedroom with a queen size bed, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower, a small but fully equipped kitchen a living room with sofa bed and smart TV. Behind soundproofed windows, modern underfloor heating, a well-equipped kitchen, newly tiled bathrooms and stylish furniture hides a temporary home that combines modern comfort with the charm of an old building. In Mödling, an overnight stay tax of 2.60 EUR per person (from 15 years) and overnight stay is charged. Guest access Before your arrival, you will receive an email with the link to our express online check-in. Just follow the instructions to check yourself in and get your access codes for the main entrance and your apartment. Other things to note Our apartments are equipped with fresh sheets, towels, shampoo and soap for your comfort.
As a welcome, you can also expect some Nespresso capsules as well as tea in the kitchen. For stays longer than a week, these amenities will be refreshed and supplemented upon request. In addition, for long-term stays, a free, mandatory weekly cleaning service including fresh bed linen and towels is provided to ensure the proper condition and care of the apartment. Please note that additional requests such as early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
