The master suite plus three spacious bedrooms will easily accommodate 8 adults and 2 roll-away beds are available for children.There is an accessory bedroom that is semi-private and can accomodate 2 additional adults. Centrally located 1.2 miles from Spotts Beach and near Downtown, 15 minutes from Seven Mile Beach, 10 minutes from Airport. We have an onsite tenant that resides in the house in a private apartment on the third level. She enters and exits through the garage entrance and therefore shares the stairwell. She is there to answer any questions or assist with any problems that may arise during your stay. **Please note: Due to the large size of this home, the base price is for up to four people.
