This is a place we dreamed for ourselves to relax, unwind, dream and cherish our coastal Konkan vacation. Nestled around coconut trees, chirpy birds, open to sky patio & deck area with peaceful surroundings in a prime residential area few mins away from the city center & around 8-10 mins from beach. Relax and rejuvenate in an open to sky, plunge swimming pool. We have 1 king size bed with Wakefit mattress and 1 sofa cum king size bed. Place is on the ground floor & easily accessible to all. Villa location is right in the city. very convenient to cover all the tourist places in and around Ratnagiri. Perfect base to visit North of Ratnagiri (Ganpatipule, Aareware, Jaigad) and South of Ratnagiri (Kasheli beach, Ganeshgule, Pawas, Purngad and other beaches) Ratnagiri City itself has 3 different beaches around, around 10 mins from villa. No outsiders, no surprises. ⏰ Pool Timings – 6 AM to 10 PM Night swims might sound romantic, but we like to keep things safe after 10 PM! 🧒👀 Pool Safety First Kids under 4 feet in height must be supervised by a parent at all times ❗ No exceptions. No diving – it’s a pool, not an Olympic event 🙅‍♂️ 🍃 Leaves Happen (So, the unplanned office leaves 😉) The pool is cleaned daily, and filtration runs throughout. But hey – it's an open-air pool surrounded by trees, so a leaf or two might crash the party. There’s a net by the pool – feel free to swish away like a pool ninja 🌿🕶️ 🔇 No Loud Music We love a good jam, but let’s keep jamming back in metros. Let’s keep the peace here. 🤫 Quiet Hours: 10 PM 🌙 – 6 AM 🌄 🍻 No Booze Outdoors Save the cheers indoors – no alcohol in the courtyard, patio, or deck. 🐶 Sorry, No Pets Allowed We love fur babies, but our villa isn't pet-friendly. Hope you understand! 🐾 🚫 No Unregistered Guests Only the folks listed on your booking are allowed on the property. No plus-ones, surprise reunions, or pool party crashers, please! 🍽️ DIY Dishes Used dishes? Give 'em a quick wash with the soap & sponge provided. Too chill to wash? No worries – just let us know. Our caretaker can do it for you @ ₹300 per instance. Suds come at a cost 😅🧽 👷‍♂️ Caretaker on Duty (Kinda) Available from around 10 AM to 2 PM. For anything urgent, just drop us a message – we'll do our best to help out 🙌 ⚡ Power Backup Inverter is available – it powers most stuff except the energy-guzzlers like AC, fridge & geyser. So if there's a power cut, you have been covered with energy backup 🔋 🔧 Something Not Working? Let us know right away if anything's broken or acting up.
