Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, one of two suites available. Gwen offers a modern take on a small simple hobby farm with taste elegance. She was designed to pay tribute to a lost family member and does not disappoint. She has many amenities meant to give her guests a feeling of a home away from home. She is bright and has lovely views of the farm she calls home as well. A new queen bed, cozy sitting area, bright workspace with a view, are just a few of her many attributes. The space We are located on a working hobby farm with a multitude of animals including Highland cows, horses, donkeys, goats and much more. There is always something going on so feel free to chat with the hosts and family if you have any questions! We ask that any animal interaction be kept to the fence line unless authorized or accompanied by the host. There is an electric gate on the driveway to access the property and operation of the gate will be explained upon booking. If traveling with friends and/or family check out Ellison Funny Farm's Huckleberry suite for additional accommodations! ***PLEASE NOTE*** We have two very large guardian dogs (Anatolian Shepherds) that have free run of the property. They are extremely friendly to people but not to other dogs or cats. This is why we list as no pets. They will investigate you. If you are afraid of dogs please let the host know so we can take appropriate precautions. Guest access Guests will have access to common areas on the property which are explained in the guest manual. These areas include pool, hot tub and exercise area, fire pit, and front yard area for animal interaction. Guests are welcome to observe and interact with the animals but are limited to the fence lines unless accompanied by the hosts. Pool, hot tub, and exercise areas are strictly for guests during your stay. Hosts and family of the hosts will respect your privacy during your stay. Other things to note There are a few amenities located within walking distance from our farm if you choose, such as a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, gas stations, fast food stops, parks, hiking trails, etc. A little farther away are even more hiking trails, fishing and swimming lakes golf course, and quite a few small shops and visitor spots.
