The highlight is the private spa on the ground floor: a Finnish sauna and Turkish bath dedicated exclusively to the suite's guests. The living areas are spacious and bright, with an 85-inch Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and premium linens. Guests have access to the outdoor pool with a solarium and all the common areas of the Spinedi Royale, including the sensory showers with chromotherapy. The suite is managed by Jacopo Martinalli (Autentica), who personally takes care of your experience from the time of booking to check-out. Guest access You will have full access to the entire apartment, including the private wellness suite with sauna and Turkish bath. The apartment has an independent entrance on the ground floor, easily accessible without stairs. Also at your disposal are the common areas of the residence: panoramic swimming pool with mountain views, garden equipped with two gazebos, deckchairs and a sitting area for relaxation. Private parking is available in the internal courtyard with an automatic gate (remote control provided). For check-in, you will use the external key safe with a code that we will provide you before arrival.
