The space The apartment is in peaceful Coal Harbour in a quiet fourplex set back from the road, behind some trees. The inside is light and bright with lots of space for couples and family groups. There is a full, eat-in kitchen and large sofas in the living room so you can make yourself feel right at home! A back door off the living room leads out to the shared backyard, where you may encounter deer and many species of birds. The beds are new to help you get a restful night’s sleep. There is ample storage in the bedroom dressers and closets. The harbour/boat launch, float plane hanger, and a small museum is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a front porch with a couple of seats that gets the afternoon sun. Other things to note Coal Harbour is a 15 minute drive from Port Hardy which is where the closest grocery store is located. We have a small convenience store and a restaurant in Coal Harbour. The portable air conditioning unit is set up from May to end of September. If the weather is unseasonably hot, it can be requested. The property shares a driveway with two neighbouring properties but only the 4 apartments in this building have access to the backyard and common areas on the property.
