Guest access The Patio to the side of Ivy Lodge and the driveway in front is all yours to use. The larger patio and the hot tub to the rear of Ivy Lodge is private and for the main house only. Other things to note Pubs & Restaurants: Castle View is a guests favorite pub and restaurant with amazing views of Conwy castle and the Estuary it is only a 4 minute drive and a 15 - 20 minute walk. The Links Hotel is a lovely pub and restaurant on the way into Llandudno and it is only a 5 minute drive or a 15 – 20 minute walk from Ivy Lodge. There is also the Queens Head which is a fantastic country style pub and restaurant and again is only a 5 minute drive or a 15 – 20 minute walk (no pavements). There are also lots a Pubs and Restaurants in Llandudno and Conwy which are only a 10 minute drive or a 20 – 30 minute walk. Walks and Runs: There is lots of info provided in Ivy lodge regarding local walks and runs and we are perfectly positioned for walks and runs on the surrounding beaches and promenades or the Great Orme. Taxis and Busses: There are details of all the local taxi firms in Ivy Lodge and we are almost opposite bus stops going regularly to Llandudno, Conwy and the surrounding areas. Train Stations: We are about an 8 minute drive from both Llandudno and Llandudno Junction Train Stations. The Great Orme: The drive to the top of The Great Orme is around 15 minutes and the walk around the Great Orme is one of the best and most scenic coastal walks in Wales and can take 2 – 3 hours depending on the route. Holyhead Port: The port of Holyhead is a 45 minute drive and about the same by train from Llandudno Junction. Holyhead has 6 car ferries sailing to and from Dublin Ireland every day. Venue Cymru: Only a 5 minute Drive and a 20 minute walk. Venue Cymru Llandudno hosts shows, live music and theater productions throughout the year and is North Wales premier conference and exhibition center. Golf: Ivy Cottage is located 5 minutes drive from 4 top golf courses.
