Cozy double bedroom on the second floor of a cascina a ringhiera, with private bathroom. An internal staircase, separate from the house, leads to the accommodation, ensuring silence and privacy. A panoramic balcony offers a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. Free car parking is available outside the gate or inside for bikes. Ideal room for solo travelers, couples or friends to discover Northern Italy, Lake Maggiore and Orta, as well as practical for Malpensa airport. The space You will be welcome in the farmhouse where we live, but with total respect for your privacy. You will share with us access from the gate and passage from the garden, but access to your room is private and separate from our accommodations, ensuring silence and privacy. We can't offer you a real breakfast, but the room has a small fridge and small coffee maker (kettle and coffee maker); sheets, towels and extra blankets are already included. The room has air conditioning for cooling and heating. In the area, you will find many bars and restaurants, it will be our pleasure to point them out to you and advise you. Guest access Our garden is at your disposal (except the barbecue for safety reasons). In this space you will easily have the company of our furry friends (dog and cat) both very nice, but if you are afraid of them please do not hesitate to tell us, we will keep them in the house. We only ask, for their safety, that you take care to CLOSE GATES AND DOORS CAREFULLY. Other things to note At our house you will NOT find a TV by choice (we don't even have one), but you will have our free wi-fi available to watch movies on your devices, listen to music or work. The farmhouse is a townhouse, so we have neighbors, they're fantastic, but we ask you to RESPECT their spaces. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house, but you can use the balcony and garden.
