Apartment 3 offers a private terrace with beautiful views. The shared pool is about 30 m away. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette with dining area, a bedroom with a box spring bed and a living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. A parking place is available. Ideal for a relaxing stay in a comfortable atmosphere. The space Important note on maximum occupancy: Please note that our accommodation is designed for a maximum of 4 people – including toddlers. Even if Airbnb technically allows you to add a baby or toddler to your reservation, the total number of guests cannot exceed 4, regardless of age. For safety and comfort reasons, our apartment is not suitable for more than 4 people. An additional sleeping place or a baby bed is not provided. We ask for your understanding and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about occupancy or equipment. Other things to note The pool is seasonally heated and open from June 1 to October 1. An overnight stay tax of €2.80 per person per night is not included
