No neighbors can see into the pool area. You can also used the large screened porch at night to sit outside to get away from the Florida bugs we all know about Florida and bugs it is good for sitting or read a book or having a nice evening it has a table and chairs for a nice dinner. You can see the view of the pool and all the plants and relax at the end of the day. Three night stay can use laundry wash and dryer no charge ! The neighborhood is very safe you can take a walk at night I see people doing it all the time. Leesburg has the largest Seaplane base in the country so take a ride or hop on the train that takes you around all the towns . Need groceries public's is 10 minutes from the house.
