We are happy to help you with your needs ! Home is great for couples families, solo adventurers, and business travelers The space When you book make sure you tell how many guests you will have. The pool house is setup for 4 people. We are equipped for LONG STAYS AND ALSO SHORT STAYS everything is here just like home. Full kitchen and grilling outside and also free laundry and soaps and conditioners. If you have other people visit please get permission from your host . We are Deep Cleaning every time new people arrive. No PARTIES OR EVENTS ! The pool house is very private . When guests walk in they are surprised how large it is plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of free parking on property ! We do allow smoking outside the pool house around pool area. Guest access Self access of your own. And you will have the whole Pool House and pool area to yourself it also has central air not window air conditioners also washer and dryer for anyone who stays more then three days . No neighbors can see into the pool area. You can also use the large screened porch at night to sit outside to get away from the Florida bugs we all know about Florida and bugs it is good for sitting or reading a book or having a nice evening it has a table and chairs for a nice dinner. You can see the view of the pool and all the plants and relax at the end of the day. Other things to note If you need to get away from all the stress in our world today this is the place ! Very private and relaxing Take a swim in the large salt water pool . No glass around the pool plastic cups and glasses are in the pool house to use around the pool area ! Take a walk around beautiful Silver Lake! We have plenty of parking a few steps from the Pool House. Take a walk around the property . Leesburg has the largest Seaplane base in the country so take a ride. Need groceries public's is 5 minutes from the house. Mt Dora has boat tours so see a beautiful sunset . Everything is a short drive from the Pool House ! 54 " TV in living space and a 24" in the one bedroom . Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make nice meals. Pool area is full of beautiful flowers and plants.
