Casa Taman is located on the northern, most exclusive part of Santa Teresa beach and provides private access to the white-sand beach. The space Casa Taman blends modern design with laid-back hippie chic style, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. Located in the exclusive north end of Santa Teresa, this beachfront villa offers private access to a beautiful white-sand beach and some of Costa Rica’s most consistent surf breaks. Casa Taman is part of North Creek Estate alongside Casa Lanui, and both homes can be rented separately or together to host up to 28 guests. Casa Taman features three master bedrooms (with king-size beds) looking out to the swimming pool and one children’s bedroom, with two bunk beds, sleeping 4 in total. The spacious living areas can be opened towards the swimming pool. The inside living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bar seating on the island. The dining area consists of a 10-foot long table that comfortably sits 10 people. Guests can relax in the big comfortable lounge area in front of a 60” television while looking out towards the pool and jungle. In front of the living room, you can enjoy a pool with shallow hang-out areas surrounded by terraces with several lounge chairs for your tanning and leisure activities. Beyond that, there is a big garden to play in and hang out with some hammocks to relax in the shade. The beach in front of the North Creek Estate is stunning, with pristine sand that goes on forever. You can relax in full privacy in the shade of numerous trees while watching some fantastic, consistent surf. A private path along a lovely creek leads you from the house to the beach.
