The space Villa Mafalda comfortably hosts groups of up to 9 people (10 upon request), offering generous spaces designed for maximum comfort. High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi makes it ideal for remote work or streaming. Room Distribution (6 Total): • Ground Floor: Golden Light Suite (Queen), Woodland Room (Twin/Queen), Sunrise Room (Single). • First Floor (with Private Terrace): Garden View Room (Queen), Hill View Room (Single), Sunset Room (Single). Indoor Comfort: 5 Full bathrooms, Professional Kitchen (Induction, 2 Fridges, Coffee machine), Dining Room, Bright Living Room, and Library/Play Room. Guest access Exclusive access to the Villa, Park, and Pool (seasonal). Upon request, we arrange bespoke experiences: Private Chef, pasta-making classes, traditional Balsamic Vinegar and Parmigiano Reggiano tastings, Yoga, and personalized services (advance booking required). Other things to note Private Pool (5x10m, Depth 1.40m): • Available exclusively during Spring–Summer. In April/May or in case of uncertain weather, please confirm availability before booking. • Reserved for guests (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM). Unsupervised. • No glass allowed in the pool area. Pets are not allowed in the water. Maintenance: To maintain our high standards, scheduled garden maintenance takes place every Tuesday (1:30 PM – 5:00 PM). Staff will operate with maximum discretion.
