Roses Landhaus - eppas birthday

This renovated flat in a 100-year-old farmhouse is truly unique. The old was carefully preserved – floors, walls, tiled stove – and the new was added where needed – bathroom, shower, kitchen. The furniture has been lovingly restored and arranged. A modern flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi complete the picture. Guests can enjoy a reading corner with wonderful books, and the infrared cabin next to the conservatory is perfect for relaxing. The space The flat is located in Vorderhornbach, a sunny spot in the Tyrolean Lech Valley at the foot of the Klimmspitze and Grubachspitze. Where beautiful flower meadows bloom in spring, where the lady's slipper orchid flowers, and where the Lech river invites you to hike, cycle and pause. And where the side valleys of the Lech Valley let you unwind – for example in Hinterhornbach at the Petersberg Alm. Where winter leaves nature in peace, and you meet cross-country skiers and snowshoe hikers. And where you can ski on the slopes nearby or venture off-piste on a ski tour. Where in autumn you can hear the stags roaring. Sometimes you can even smell them when you get close. It is simply “eppas Bsundrs” – something special: the flat, the mountains, the place. Guest access Check-in is completely contactless. Once you have completed the online check-in, we will send you all arrival details on the day of arrival: the code for the key box, directions and where to park. This way you can arrive flexibly and independently from check-in time onwards. Other things to note On the day of arrival we collect the local tourist tax on behalf of the tourism board. It is €2.60 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over. Please pay it on the day of arrival during check-in via our guest app (link in our first message). In return, you will receive the Lechtal Aktiv Card by email, with lots of discounts in the region.
