This property is perfect for families who want plenty of room to have their own space or come together for family dinners or playing games. The interior of the house features a split-level floor plan with the master bedroom/bath on one end, and the other 3 bedrooms/bath on the other. The kitchen is in the middle and provides plenty of space to prepare meals, and there are 2 separate living rooms/seating areas. There is also a small bar inside for entertaining, complete with a bar sink and a separate beverage fridge. Guests are required to e-sign a Rental Agreement and provide a security deposit in the form of a HOLD of $500. Guest access Guests can check in themselves anytime after 4 pm using a unique 10-digit temporary code. Guests can then change the code to any 4-10 digit code they desire to use for the duration of the trip.
